Joint Bidding

Joint Bidding and Collaborative Working is about thinking differently in a modern context…. Doing more with less by building sustainable long-term relationships built on mutual trust and mutual respect.

Groups of smaller businesses (consortia) can be encouraged to bid for larger value requirements than might otherwise be possible.
The outcome can be better service and lower costs than achieved by employing a  much larger company in a traditional manner.

The challenge is for the consortia members to adopt a formal process that involves knowledge sharing and structured delivery planning. The full process is set out in ISO44001:2017.
