Clare is an experienced Purchasing Manager with a successful people-focused approach to delivery of challenging tasks and objectives. She is also well practised in the management of change and conversant with a wide range of purchasing, quality and project management tools and techniques. Since 2007, Clare has been a director of Xemptor Consulting Limited, a procurement strategy and operations consultancy, where she specialises in the development and delivery of training materials.
