Bill Lockitt

Bill Lockitt JP, Managing Director, QTP Ltd

Background

Bill Lockitt is a consultant, researcher, and PRINCE 2 qualified project manager working with both public and private sector clients to plan and deliver strategic and practical training solutions. In addition to strategic and business planning for blended and e-learning solutions, recent projects have included digital learning materials design, project management and development. Other services include; business start-up; ITT/PQQ support; grant and funding support; policy documentation development and implementation; instructional design to support e-learning strategies; literature and website reviews; case study research and writing and more than 25 years experience of working, supporting, coaching and mentoring new businesses.

Bill is a qualified teacher (FE) and was Deputy Director of a college teacher-training unit for three years. His experience with multimedia and e-learning was further enhanced in 1994 with the award of a three-year 'Esmee Fairbairn Fellowship' to develop innovative e-learning delivery methodologies. Bill has represented the UK overseas and produced a number of academic papers and publications.
